Shed Party

I'm under the impression the rest of the crew has given up partying. Sucks for them.

I had quite a bit of fun on Monday. I got word of a "Shed Party" and cruised up to Maine. Allow me to explain the shed.

This kid I know has an amazing house/property right on the ocean. He has a shed about 50 ft away from his house that holds 2 pong tables, a few benches, and that's it. Needless to say, we RAGE in there. Monday night had an excellent crowd. There were 30ish people in and around the shed. We had ten cases and a whole VAT of Caribou Lou. (If you don't know the song, that sucks. This drink is the ultimate way to blackout as it consists of 151, Malibu, and a splash of pineapple juice.)

Around 2 am or so, everyone realized that we were pretty drunk. People were dancing, the tables got moved and the shed was starting to steam. I don't know who started it but SOMEONE sprayed a beer all over everyone. Then everyone started pouring beers. It turned into one huge beer shower. I think we poured a case and a half of beer. It was awesome.

After the shed, I went to my friend Asa's and had a puff and then wandered home. I was home alone so I was extremely loud when I took a 4 am wasted shower.

I'm not sorry, I live to party.

BPYC 75th

Saturday night was crazy. I went up to Maine for the 75th anniversary party of my yacht club. It was like a dinner dance but much more extreme. There was a huge tent, dance floor, swing-band which later turned into a rock band, gallons of booze, etc. I remember pregaming at Franks. I remember the AMAZING fireworks (which happened around 9.) The rest of the night is a blur. Whilst a good blur, its still a blur and I hope I was on good behavior....

I remember being out on a dock at one point. I remember swing dancing and almost knocking over the keyboard (and player.) I remember finding the second bar and being so excited that no one had really found it yet. I remember being so happy when I realized the litte boats under the tent were not just for decoration, but they were also filled with beers. I remember taking jello shots. I remember refusing Patron shots at 5 am. I remember bits of the after party at Four Winds. I remember my good old aunt christine showing up at the afterparty and kicking it for a while. I remember sharing a cig with my uncle. I also remember how FREAKING hungover I was all day Sunday.

It was a whole new kind of pain. I was shaking and I still had the spins. My dad made me play golf with him and it was beyond brutal. Little does he know, I totally snuck off and vommed near the 4th green. Whoops!

Since the big event I've been laying low and taking it really easy in Massachusetts. I'm due back in Maine soon though so I think I'm going to go tomorrow to go to a Portland Sea Dogs game (Maine's beloved minor league baseball team.) And on Saturday.... Blazed and Confused show!!!

Never sorry!
